Our Mille Hearts bracelets are so popular that for those ladies loving 'daintier' hearts we created the Mini Mille hearts range. The same luscious combination of Sterling Silver and Swarovski hearts in this ‘Y’ shaped necklace create another fabulous sparkling piece that can only be a Kleshna. 

The necklace chain measures approximately 16 inches / 40½cm.
